A Badge Reel Built for Heavy Card Holders and Keys
The Durable Badge Reel with Extra Strong Magnet Black is a black retractable reel for a heavy card holder or a set of keys, with a metal clip fastening, a snap button strap and a small keyring.
Durable article 832901 is sold as 1 piece. Durable states that the magnet keeps the badge reel neatly rolled up and gives a maximum weight of 300 g, and ACCO Australia lists the same 300 g figure. ACCO calls it an integrated magnet, and neither Durable nor ACCO describes fixing the reel to a metal surface with it.
According to Durable, the cord is tear-resistant with an extendable length of 60 cm, letting the wearer hold a pass to a reader while the reel stays clipped on. ACCO notes that the integrated magnet may affect cards with magnetic strips, so think about how a swipe card is carried before hanging it here.
Standard Style reels and the hand sanitiser reel are in the Durable range, card holders to hang from it are under ID card holders, and more options sit in lanyards and badge reels and retractable key holders.
