Judge these on the lid rather than the box. A gasketed clip seal survives being carried lid-down in a bag where a snap lid does not, which is the whole point in a staff kitchen. Check the reheat rating separately from the base, since plenty of containers are microwave safe while their lids are not, and that is how a lid warps. Square footprints stack better.
