Founded in Tweed Heads South, Mega Office Supplies has grown into a national ecommerce business built on a simple principle: make it easier for our customers to find what they need, when they need it, without the complexity that often comes with large product ranges.
Over the past 12 months, we have focused heavily on improving how customers discover and interact with our products. From enhancing product content and search functionality to introducing more conversational and helpful product descriptions, our goal has been to make online purchasing more intuitive and more human.
We have also strengthened our customer engagement by providing more than just products. Through buying guides, checklists and practical content, we aim to support better decision-making and help our customers feel confident in what they are purchasing.
