Sold by the metre, and it comes uncut in one piece
90cm wide. Unbleached natural fibre. $5.60 a metre.
Order five metres and you get five metres in one length, not five separate metre squares. That matters more than it sounds - a class banner, a backdrop or a set of aprons all need continuous fabric, and pre-cut pieces make them impossible.
Unbleached calico is the standard classroom textile surface because it takes almost everything: fabric paint, screen print, block print, dye, marker, stitch and applique.
90cm wide suits individual work - place mats, small banners, bags, cushion fronts, sample pieces. For anything that needs to be wider than 90cm, the 150cm roll is the one to buy.
Natural undyed colour, so printed and painted work reads warm rather than clinical.
Wash cold to avoid shrinkage. Hand wash or a gentle machine cycle. Worth doing before students work on it if the finished piece will ever be washed.
Two things to know
There is no barcode for this in our supplier data and we will not invent one. Tell us if you scan stock in.
Zart does not publish a fabric weight for the 90cm. They publish 4oz for the 150cm width. We are not going to assume the two are the same cloth. We have asked - if the weight matters, check with us first.

South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim.
