Wide unbleached calico for painting, printing and stitching
Zart Calico Unbleached 150cm Wide, supplier code MT151, is an unbleached natural fibre calico from The Creative School Supply Company, 150cm wide and ready to be painted, printed on or stitched.
Zart lists this calico at 150cm wide with a fabric weight of 4oz. The supplier names several common uses for calico fabric, including clothing samples, dressmaking, tote bags, pillowcases, aprons, linings, patchwork quilts and craft projects. The fibre is unbleached and natural, so it gives a plain base for colour and stitch.
A 150cm width gives room for larger pieces of work. Zart's care advice applies before and after a project: to avoid shrinkage, wash in cold water only, and hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle. That helps finished pieces such as aprons and pillowcases keep their size.
This wide calico is plain and unbleached, ready for the project to set the colour. The same calico also comes in a 90cm width. Pair it with craft paints, browse calico bags and art and craft supplies, or see the full Zart range.
