Reusable Gel Wrap You Can Warm or Chill

The Wellcare Hot and Cold Gel Back Wrap is a reusable gel pack on an adjustable strap that sits around the lower back, warmed in the microwave or chilled in the freezer or fridge.

Wellcare's manual gives microwave times from room temperature, with the pack wrapped in a moist cloth: 30 seconds at 800W, 25 seconds at 1000W or 20 seconds at 1200W. For cold use, chill it in the freezer or fridge for at least 2 hours. The strap fits waists from 70 to 105 cm, and the wrap measures about 1050 x 220 mm and weighs about 650 g.

The hydro gel panel sits in a fabric and neoprene wrap with an elastic strap and hook-and-loop fastening, so it can be worn while you sit or move around. It is one size, and the same wrap can be used warm in winter or cool on a hot day.
