This is the black uni-ball UMR-85 refill for Signo gel pens, with a 0.5mm line, sold by the box of 12.
uni-ball has no product page for this refill. uni-ball's page for the UMN-152S names the refill UMR80 and does not name the UMR-85. The MPA price list describes the UMR-85 as the refill for the UMN-152 Micro, so that pairing rests on the price list alone. The MPA price list gives the line as 0.5mm and the colour as black.
Refilling keeps a pen in use after its ink runs out, which suits desks and classrooms that stock the same pens in bulk. A 0.5mm line is a fine one, which suits forms, notes and small handwriting. It is sold by the box of 12, so a department is stocked in one order.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.
