Red Gel Ink With A Rubber Grip

This is the red ink version of the uni-ball Signo Gel Grip UM-151S, a 0.7mm gel ink rollerball with a rubber grip.

uni-ball's page for the UM-151S describes a rubber grip, a contemporary design and a twin-ball mechanism that prevents ink back-flow, with a 0.7mm tip. Red at that width suits marking between printed lines. The page shows the uni Super Ink logo, and Mitsubishi Pencil Australia advises that pens carrying it are water, fade and time resistant.

Marking, grading and proofreading are long jobs that keep a pen in the hand, which is where a rubber grip earns its place. This model is sold by the box of 12, so a team or a staff room can be supplied in one order.

The black and blue inks in this model sit with it in gel pens. The Signo UM-120 and the wider uni-ball range are at uni-ball, other pen types at pens, and the rest of the desk at writing supplies.
