Tork lists no other dispenser as compatible, so it is not the refill for the H2 or any other Tork system.

On the manual Elevation dispensers each roll gives 1143 sheets. The automatic dispensers have multiple sheet length settings, so a roll gives between 622 and 1400 sheets on the 551100 and 551108 and between 622 and 1120 on the 460001.
