The Staedtler Lumocolor 317-3 is a permanent medium-tip pen in blue with an approximately 1.0mm line width, supplied in a box of 10, engineered for durable, smudge-resistant marking on paper, film, glass, plastic and metal.
The Lumocolor 317 medium (M) is the workhorse of the Lumocolor permanent series - the 1.0mm medium tip strikes a practical balance between the precision of the fine 318 and the boldness of the broad 350, making it suitable for a wide range of everyday marking, annotation and labelling tasks. The permanent ink is waterproof, smudge-proof once dry and fast-drying in seconds. DRY SAFE technology means the pen can be left uncapped for periods without the tip drying out. Blue is one of the most commonly used colours in the 317 range and is available in a box of 10 for high-volume environments.
The ink is xylene and toluene free. The PP barrel and cap are built for long service life. Refillable with the Lumocolor permanent refill station 488 17-3. Airplane-safe.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
