Spencil Fractal Big Kids Backpack

Crystalline blue facets fade from ice to midnight across a black body, giving this Spencil backpack a sharp, modern edge.

Fractal swaps cartoons for geometry: angular low-poly shapes shift from pale sky blue at the top to deep ink at the base of the front panels. The rest of the bag is black, with black zips and straps, which keeps it sleek and understated. It is a strong option for tweens moving through senior primary who want a clean, techy look rather than a character print.

Packing space in the geometric pack is split across five zipped compartments, the biggest two opening on twin zips. For a tablet or laptop, the geometric pack has a padded pocket with an elasticated tab; Spencil quote it for laptops up to 14 inches. At the front of the Fractal pack, an easy-access pocket carries an inner clip for attaching a wallet. A drink bottle sits in an outer sleeve on the Fractal bag, and a zipped side pocket suits a phone. Bag tags clip onto the outer D-loop of the geometric pack.

For comfort, the geometric bag has padded straps that adjust, plus padding at the back and underneath. A protective lining runs through the Fractal pack, and a padded top handle crowns the bag. Inside the Fractal pack, a name label you can write on is placed on the back wall. Spencil give 43 x 30 x 25cm for the geometric backpack, with about 21.5 litres of space and a weight near 620 grams.
