Slice's 10400 Box Cutter wraps an orange and grey nylon handle around the hand and runs a ceramic blade on a three-position manual slider for carton and packaging work.

The curved handle forms a loop that Slice says protects the hand while cutting, and the tool is labelled ambidextrous with a lanyard hole at the rear. A ridged three-position slider sets how far the blade extends, with Slice showing a maximum exposure of 8mm (0.31 in). Blade changes need no tools, and Slice lists the rounded-tip #10404 and pointed-tip #10408 blades as compatible.
