Hunter Green 05 Micron for Deep Foliage
Hunter Green brings a dark forest green to the Micron 05, drawing 0.45mm lines for foliage, landscapes and understated lettering.
Hunter green is darker and more muted than the standard green, which suits pine trees, shaded leaves and outdoor sketching. The sample image shows an olive-leaning dark green in straight and wavy strokes. Archival Ink appears on the barrel above a small 0.45mm line width note, and the end cap is a dark green.
A deep green adds natural depth to botanical studies and landscape sketches, especially in shadowed areas. Sakura calls the pigment chemical-proof, and its leaflet claims no bleed-through on the lightest paper, a plus in nature journals. Pine needles and fern fronds read especially well in this shade.
Pair it with lighter green fineliner pens for highlights, sketch outdoors in one of our visual art diaries, or explore drawing supplies for pencils and portable sketching gear on the trail.
