White retractable gel pen for dark paper and highlights

White in the Gelly Roll Retractable 08 writes a bright white line on black and coloured paper, and adds highlights over ink and pencil.

Sakura code XGBRA108#50 has a white clip and plunger on the frosted Retractable barrel. Sakura says Gelly Roll White works on dark and light paper, and our swatch shows crisp white strokes on black. The 08 medium size, which Sakura gives as 0.8 mm, lays down enough ink for the white to read clearly on dark stock.

Artists use a white gel pen to add catchlights in eyes, glints on metal and lettering on black paper journals. The retractable body means there is no cap to misplace at the craft table. Sakura describes the white ink as waterproof and resistant to fading on paper.

Compare the White with Gold and Silver in our gel pens range. Black and coloured card is in art paper and canvas, and our drawing supplies and art pads ranges cover the pencils and sketchbooks for highlight work.
