The 686-LA-PLAID comes from Post-it's pattern collection, which the card sums up as "organize with stylish tabs and flags": solid lime and aqua markers mixed with plaid ones.

It is a combination card. The print on the pack lists 22 wider tabs at 1 in wide and 40 narrow flags at 0.47 x 1.7 in (11.9 x 43.2mm), 62 pieces in total. Our title counts the 40 flags; the tabs come on the same card.
