Ten Rollers For High Volume A3 Pouch Laminating

The Rynak Pro 10R is a commercial A3 pouch laminator with a ten roller path, digital temperature and speed control and a metal case built for print room work.

PHE publish the roller path as four heated rollers and six pressure rollers, which is what holds a heavy pouch flat and free of bubbles at speed. Variable speed runs to 4000mm per minute, the temperature range covers 0 to 160 degrees Celsius, and the machine accepts pouches from 75 to 350 micron and documents up to 3mm thick across the full A3 width of 330mm.

Because speed and temperature are set independently on the LCD display, a thin office pouch and a heavy photographic pouch can each be run properly rather than compromised on one setting. A reverse function backs a misfeed out, and the removable top cover opens the roller path for cleaning between jobs.

It sits with the rest of the A3 laminators and the wider laminators line, takes the A3 pouches in lamination supplies, and works alongside the finishing gear in binding and laminating.

Pouches. PHE publish the Pro 10R as a high speed commercial pouch laminator taking pouches from 75 to 350 micron up to A3. It is not a roll laminator and it does not take laminating film on a core.
A3, to a maximum document width of 330mm, and up to 3mm thick. That covers an A3 sheet in a heavy pouch, and mounted work within the same thickness.
PHE publish a warm up time of 8 minutes. Once up to temperature, speed is variable to 4000mm per minute and both speed and temperature are set independently on the LCD display.
The Pro 10R has a reverse function to back a misfeed out. PHE also publish a removable top cover so the rollers can be cleaned, and an automatic cool down at the end of a run to protect them.
PHE publish 25kg as the machine weight and publish no carton weight. Rather than put the machine figure in the freight field, where it would under-recover the cost of shipping a crated machine, that field is left empty. Ask us for a freight quote to your postcode.
PHE publish a 12 month warranty on the Pro 10R and list the country of origin as South Korea. If you need the warranty terms in writing for a tender, ask us and we will request them from PHE.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC.
