Two Small Black Pelikan Ribbons, Article 551309
Pelikan article 551309 is a pack of 2 black nylon ribbons, and the For line on the Pelikan box reads Epson HX 20.
A roundel on the front of the box reads 2 Stück, Piece, which confirms the pack count. Each ribbon is printed as 4 mm (5/32 in) wide and 0.20 m (0.22 yd) long, a very small format, with the code 2363 RN alongside the article number. The cartridge photo on this page shows the narrow shape of a single ribbon.
Having two ribbons in the same box means a spare is on hand when the first runs out, without placing another order. Because the format is so small, it pays to check the old cartridge against the 4 mm width and the code 2363 RN before opening a new pack.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible.
