Northfork describes it as a powerful, versatile cleaner for cleaning and sanitising showers, bathrooms, porcelain and other hard surfaces. The thickened gel formula is made for vertical hold on surfaces such as shower walls. Northfork says it kills germs and removes mould, mildew and soap scum, and leaves grout clean. ACCO's safety data sheet lists disinfection as its use.

Applied neat, the gel is left on the surface for 10 minutes to kill mould and germs, then rinsed off. For tiled floors Northfork gives a 1:40 mop bucket dilution of half a cup to half a bucket. Spot test first, keep it off metal surfaces and avoid splashing clothes.

Do not dilute for surfaces. Squirt it onto the surface or a clean sponge or cloth, spread it evenly, leave it for 10 minutes to kill mould and germs, then rinse thoroughly with water. For tiled floors, Northfork says to add half a cup to half a bucket of water, a 1:40 dilution.
Yes. ACCO's safety data sheet, version 1.4 issued in 2026, classifies it as a hazardous chemical in Poisons Schedule 5 with the signal word Danger. H314 means it causes severe skin burns and eye damage, so wear gloves, protective clothing and eye protection and use it in a well ventilated area. It is not classed as dangerous goods for transport.
Northfork warns that it will bleach clothes, so avoid splashing, and says not to use it on metal surfaces. Spot test first to check the surface will not discolour.
