The First Page Does the Labelling

Marbig code 2007211 puts a transparent front cover over twenty clear A4 pockets with a grey back cover, so whatever sits in the first pocket becomes the cover of the book.

This is the structural difference between the clear codes and the plain colours, and Marbig put it in their own words: a clear front cover together with a coloured back cover, and a durable clear front through which the first page can be read. Grey is applied to the back cover and to the spiral spine instead of to the face.

A printed title page is cheaper and faster than a label, and it can be reprinted the moment the book is reused for something else. The twenty pockets hold each page flat, and the spine releases so a page is swapped rather than the book being replaced. Refills are Marbig code 2008000.

Marbig publish no material for this code or for the plain colour ones, so we make no material claim on either. The difference they do publish is the construction: a clear front over a coloured back.
