HDMI source in, analogue VGA out, with no scaling
A compact Lindy converter that takes HDMI from a PC, notebook or ultrabook and outputs analogue VGA for an older monitor or projector.
The Lindy HDMI to VGA Converter turns the signal from an HDMI equipped source into analogue VGA. Conversion is direct, without scaling, and Lindy rates it for resolutions up to 1920x1200 including 1080p. An Algoltek AG6200A chipset sits inside a black ABS housing, with the HDMI Type A male plug on a 100mm PVC lead and a VGA female socket on the body.
Quote Lindy part 38291 or our code DS38291 when ordering. The package contains the HDMI to VGA Converter, and it installs plug and play. The housing measures about 37x42x14.5mm and the unit weighs 0.027kg, so it sits neatly behind a PC or at a laptop desk. Lindy backs it with a 2 year warranty.
Legacy VGA screens and projectors can stay in service when the PCs change. For other signal adapters see Cable Extenders & Converters and AV & USB Converters, or browse Computer Cable Accessories and the full Cables & Networking range.
