GBC BL125M54X86 is a box of 100 gloss laminating pouches cut to 54 x 86mm, the size ACCO list as credit card, at 125 micron thick.

A card that lives in a wallet or on a lanyard gets bent, rubbed and dropped all day. Sealing it in a pouch this size keeps the print and photo readable and stops anyone altering the details, which is the tamper protection ACCO describe.

The pouch itself is 54 x 86mm, which ACCO list as credit card size. The card being sealed has to be a little smaller than the pouch so the edges can seal all the way round.
Any pouch laminator rated for 125 micron. For example, ACCO list the GBC iLam 350 for 80 to 125 micron pouches.
