Fellowes rates the 79Ci for 1 to 3 users. The bin holds 23 litres. That rating is about how much work the motor and bin are designed to absorb, not a hard limit.
Fellowes lists the Powershred waste bags 36052, for shredders up to a 30 litre bin against the 79Ci. The litre figure printed on a bag box does not always match the models it is listed against, so go by the model list rather than the capacity when you order.
