A Gas Spring Laptop Arm With Charging Ports

The Fellowes Hana laptop riser 8621201 lifts a laptop on a gas spring arm, so the screen height changes with a light push of the fingers rather than a set of fixed steps.

The platform rides on a single arm above a steel base finished in ash wood veneer. Fellowes give a height range of 102 to 406 mm on their product sheet, with a platform that tilts plus or minus 45 degrees and an arm that swivels plus or minus 45 degrees, handy for turning the screen toward a colleague across the desk. It carries laptops up to 19 inch and 4.5 kg.

Power and connections are built in. Two quick charge USB ports at the front keep a phone topped up, and two rear USB 2.0 data ports take a keyboard and mouse, so the laptop stays raised while you type on full-size peripherals. Built-in cable management keeps the leads tidy, and the Fellowes AU item description names it the 230V AU version.
