The Shortest Esselte Fastener At 9mm
At 9mm, Esselte 48553 is the smallest size in the range, chosen when the legs must stay tucked behind a single card, a light pair of sheets or a small craft piece.
The fasteners are brass-plated steel with a round head and a spear point, 200 to a box according to ACCO and the box print. The short legs suit thin material that would be swamped by a longer pin: name cards, tags, paper dolls and spinners in the classroom, or a receipt pinned to a single form.
To use one, press the point through the paper (or a small punched hole), then bend the two halves of the shank outwards so they lie flat. The head stays on the front as a neat round stud.
If 9mm turns out too short, the 13mm, 19mm and 25mm boxes use the same design.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
