At 38mm, the Esselte No.4 hinged ring is sized for a handheld pile of index or cue cards, the kind you flip through one at a time.

ACCO describe metal rings that snap open easily, listed for keys, sample swatches, documents and curtains. Their photo for this code shows ruled index cards on a single ring, held in one hand, which is exactly where the size works: big enough for a useful stack, small enough to pocket.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
