The Paper the Printer Never Argues With

Double A A4 80gsm in a carton of five reams, 2,500 sheets, for offices that go through paper faster than they think about it.

Copy paper only gets noticed when it fails. Double A is cut from a dense, uniform fibre that feeds cleanly through laser printers, inkjets and high speed copiers without the double feeds and misfeeds that come from cheap stock. At 80gsm it carries enough body to run duplex without the reverse side showing through, which is what most offices actually need it for.

The sheet is bright white at a CIE whiteness of 150, so black text sits at high contrast and colour graphics hold their saturation. Surface smoothness matters for toner adhesion: fewer flecks, cleaner solid blacks, and less paper dust building up inside the machine over the course of a carton.

Five individually wrapped reams arrive in one 13kg carton, sized to sit on a print room shelf or in a stationery cupboard. Sites running several machines can take the same paper as a Clever Box, a 20 ream bundle, or by the pallet.

Yes. Double A rates this paper for laser printers, inkjet printers, copiers, fax machines and two sided copying. It is a standard 80gsm office stock, so it suits every mainstream office machine without a tray adjustment.
The carton weighs 13kg and measures roughly 320 x 230 x 260mm. That is a comfortable single person lift for most people, though sites ordering several cartons should think about where they land rather than where the driver leaves them.
Yes. At 80gsm the sheet has enough opacity for everyday duplex work such as reports, manuals and handbooks. Very dense photographic coverage on both sides will always show a little, but standard text and graphics will not.
Same paper, different packaging. This carton holds five individually wrapped 500 sheet reams. The Clever Box holds the same 2,500 sheets in a single box designed to sit beside the printer and be drawn from directly. Choose the carton if paper is stored away from the machine.
Double A produces it under their Paper from Farmed Trees programme, using trees grown on planted agricultural land rather than harvested from natural forest, and the ream states ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management certification. It does not carry an FSC or PEFC chain of custody mark on the pack. If your tender specifically requires FSC or PEFC, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is available.

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only and may vary due to carrier conditions or delays.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
