Deep Reds and a Muted Rose for Rich Shading
Colour Fusion 3 groups the deep reds R56 Currant and R59 Cardinal with the softer E04 Lipstick Natural for shading wine and berry tones.
Copic Australia list E04, R56 and R59 as the trio in Fusion set 3 and describe the series as a way to practise blending in a single colour family. Here the palette is dark and rich: E04 brings a dusty rose, R56 a currant red and R59 a cardinal crimson. Together they suit roses, cherries, velvet fabric and autumn foliage.
Starting with three markers keeps cost and clutter down while you learn. The Super Brush flexes for leaves and petals and the Medium Broad nib lays flat colour. Copic state the markers are refillable and the nibs replaceable, so a small pack does not need to be thrown away.
Find more reds in the art markers collection, add shading with artist pencils, and work on paper from art paper and canvas. Card makers can browse art and craft supplies.
