A Compact Two Hole Punch for Schoolbags and Briefcases
The Colby KW-988 is a two hole student punch in blue with an all metal, enamel finished body, punching two 6mm holes through up to 8 sheets of 80 GSM paper.
Colby designed it for lighter duties and says it is compact and light enough to fit in a briefcase, schoolbag or larger pencil case. A paper guide mark helps line the sheets up, and the full length plastic base doubles as the confetti holder for waste paper. Colby lists this colour as royal blue with a putty base.
Students can punch handouts straight into a ring binder at their desk instead of queuing for the classroom punch, and staff who move between sites can keep one in a bag. The enclosed base catches the paper dots, so there is no mess left on the desk.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim.
