BioEnzyme Urine Destainer and Deodoriser is powered by natural multi-enzyme technology with biodegradable surfactants. A completely natural alternative which is; biodegradable, nonbacterial, non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-corrosive, nonflammable. With a higher concentration of enzymes compared with competitors, BioEnzyme Urine Destainer & Deodoriser contains a soap-free multi-enzyme formula designed to effectively remove urine stains, odours and deposits from all surfaces. Effectively works on human urine, dog urine and cat urine. The formula penetrates the uric acid crystals, removing both the urine stain and odour for good. Ideal for aged care facilities, child care facilities, pet owners and general urine prone problem areas.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Ready to use. Shake well before use. Spray liberally on affected areas.
- If there is a strong odour, let the product stand for 5-10 minutes.
- Wipe the area down with a micro fibre cloth to remove excess product and the stain.
- Urinals: Spray the surface to be cleaned, let the product stand for 2-5 minutes, this will allow it to work on the urine and uric crystals. Use a brush to scrub off old build-up.
- Once all the old build-up has been removed, use as a spray and wipe to maintain cleanliness of the surface.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible.
