Red Oxide Earth Colour in Bulk for Rock, Brick and Outback Scenes
Red Oxide in the Chromacryl 2 litre bottle supplies a brick-red earth colour for whole-school landscape and pattern projects.
The painted swatch shows a brick red earth colour, more muted than a pure red, with a pinkish chalky look where it is brushed thin. It fits outback landscapes, red rock, clay roof tiles and earthy patterned designs. The bottle plastic is a terracotta tone. Red Oxide is printed in the white panel of the label, under the Chromacryl brand, its Est. 1965 tag and the grade note medium bodied students acrylic.
Earth reds tend to be used in large areas such as ground and sky bands, so the 2 litre jug keeps up with demand. Its moulded handle steadies the bottle while pouring, and replacing the white cap keeps the bulk supply closed and ready on the shelf.
An outback or rock art style project benefits from other Chromacryl acrylic paints in earthy shades. Gather painting accessories and palettes as well, then browse supplies for the classroom to finish the order.
