Burnt Orange Red Gold for Glowing Warm Light

Chroma Atelier Interactive Red Gold offers 250ml of a burnt orange that glows towards gold, sized for warm light and autumn scenes on larger works.

On the jar, Red Gold is set in capitals in a grey strip, and Interactive Artists' Acrylic runs across the white panel above it. The hero swatch reads burnt orange where thick and glows golden yellow where the canvas shows through. The brush-out melts from orange-red into gold, a range that suits autumn trees, late-day light, copper pots, marmalade skies and warm desert dunes.

Red Gold is the kind of colour that turns up all over a warm landscape, so a 250ml jar avoids running short. The wide opening takes a knife or broad brush easily, and the black screw lid seals the jar between sessions.

Warm golds and oranges for Red Gold are gathered in our acrylic paints section. When the AI20120 jar is open on a big autumn piece, flat and filbert brushes from craft paint brushes and boards from art paper and canvas complete the setup.

FAQs

AI20120 is a single 250ml jar of Red Gold, and nothing else is packed with this red gold.
Red Gold shows as burnt orange in the thick part of the AI20120 hero swatch and golden yellow where thin. The brush-out image melts from orange-red into gold. Screen colour can vary.
The Red Gold jar shows Artists' Acrylic beneath the Interactive name. Red Gold is not a single pigment name, and as the AI20120 side print is not legible to us, we do not list its pigments.
Red Gold is a Series 3 colour in the price list, one band below Cadmium Orange in Series 4. AI20120 is a middle-band choice for warm orange-gold work.
