Arylamide Yellow Deep Free Flow Artists' Acrylic, 60ml
Arylamide Yellow Deep is a warm marigold orange-yellow for sunsets, ripe fruit, autumn leaves and glowing lamp light.
The swatch shows a rich marigold, almost orange where the paint is heavy, that drifts to a soft apricot yellow as it thins. The label on this marigold reads Atelier Free Flow Artists' Acrylic. This deep marigold is Series 3, marked semi-transparent. Pigment for this marigold: PW.6 and PY.65. Lightfastness for this marigold: ASTM 1. The deep marigold shows British Woolscale 7:6-7:6. Arylamidgelb Dunkel (German), Jaune D Arylamide Foncé (French) and Amarillo Arilamida Profundo (Spanish) also appear.
In 60ml the deep arylamide is easy to carry for travel sketching and handy in the studio for small sunset and fruit studies. Marked semi-transparent, the deep marigold gives part cover, so earlier layers soften under the marigold. The flip-top cap gives small squeezes of the marigold.
Build a palette around this marigold from the acrylic paint range. Lay in marigolds using paint brushes, and paint the deep marigold onto canvases and paper. Keep the marigold kit tidy with painting accessories.
