The Brother SP-C0001 is a genuine replacement separation pad for the compact ADS-1100W and ADS-1600W document scanners, the wear part that holds the stack back so only the top sheet feeds.
The separation pad works against the pick-up roller. The roller pulls the top sheet forward while the pad applies enough friction to keep the sheet below it in place. Once the pad's friction surface wears smooth, that balance fails and the scanner begins double-feeding, silently skipping pages part way through a batch.
Missed pages are the most costly scanner fault because nobody notices until the document is needed and isn't there. Replacing the separation pad on schedule, or the moment multi-feeds start appearing, is what keeps a batch scan trustworthy.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
