The Brother PUR-C0001 is a genuine replacement pick-up roller for the compact ADS-1100W and ADS-1600W document scanners, the wear part that draws each sheet off the stack and into the feed path.
In a compact desktop scanner the pick-up roller carries every page that passes through the automatic document feeder. Over tens of thousands of sheets the rubber surface glazes over and loses grip, and the machine starts showing it: pages that refuse to feed, two sheets pulled through together, skewed scans, and a jam rate that keeps climbing on batches that used to run without a thought.
Swapping the pick-up roller is straightforward routine maintenance. It is a user-replaceable part that takes a few minutes, and it returns the scanner to the feed reliability it had when new, at a small fraction of the cost of replacing the unit.
This is a genuine Brother part, moulded to the correct diameter and rubber compound for the compact ADS feed mechanism. Fit it together with the matching SP-C0001 separation pad when both wear parts are due.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
