The Brother PRK-A0001 is a genuine scanner roller replacement kit for the ADS-2100 and ADS-2600W, combining the pick-up roller and the paper separation pad so the whole feed path is refreshed in a single job.

Sheet-fed scanners have exactly two consumable feed parts, and they wear together. The pick-up roller grips the top sheet and draws it in; the separation pad holds back everything underneath it. When the roller glazes, pages stop feeding. When the pad polishes smooth, two sheets go through as one and pages vanish from the batch without anyone noticing.

Replacing them one at a time means opening the machine twice and living with the other fault in between. The PRK-A0001 kit supplies both parts together, so a single ten-minute maintenance job returns the scanner to as-new feed reliability.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
