The Brother PA-CM-500 is the genuine fast-release vehicle mount for PocketJet mobile printers, holding the printer securely while driving and releasing it in one movement when you need it in your hand.
A loose printer in a vehicle is two problems. It is a safety hazard under heavy braking, and it is the single biggest cause of damaged mobile printers, taking knocks every time the vehicle corners or the door closes. A proper mount fixes it in a known position where it can be reached, powered and loaded without hunting around.
What makes this mount worth having over a generic cradle is the fast-release action. In field service, mobile policing, transport and utilities work, the printer often has to leave the cab, print at the point of work, and come straight back. A mount that requires two hands and a fiddle gets abandoned; a one-movement release gets used.
This is the genuine Brother mount, shaped to the PocketJet chassis so the printer is held firmly at every contact point rather than clamped at the edges, and so cables and the paper path stay clear.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
