Genuine Yellow for the Brother MFC-J5920DW
The Brother LC-23EY is a genuine Super High Yield yellow ink cartridge for the Brother MFC-J5920DW A3 colour inkjet multi-function centre, rated by Brother at up to 1,200 pages in accordance with ISO/IEC 24711.
Brother Australia lists one model for this cartridge, the MFC-J5920DW. Super High Yield is Brother's own name for the LC-23E tier rather than a label we have put on it. Brother now lists the printer as a discontinued product, but the cartridge range is still published, so an installed machine can be kept working.
Yellow does more work in a colour set than most people expect. It builds the greens with cyan and the oranges and reds with magenta, and it carries the warmth in skin tones and daylight. When yellow runs low the whole image drifts cold and flat, which is often mistaken for a fault in the printer. Brother rates this cartridge at up to 1,200 pages in accordance with ISO/IEC 24711, alongside LC-23EBK black at up to 2,400 pages and LC-23EC and LC-23EM at up to 1,200 each.
Brother develops its ink for its own printheads and its own paper paths, which counts on an A3 machine handling wide sheets and duplex work. If you intend to keep an MFC-J5920DW in service, a spare on the shelf is a sensible precaution while the range remains available.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
