The Brother CNR-A2001 is a genuine roller cleaner for the ADS-2800W, ADS-3000N and ADS-3600W, made to lift the paper dust, toner residue and adhesive film that build up on the feed rollers and cause misfeeds long before the rollers are actually worn out.
Most scanners that start jamming are not broken. Every page that passes through the feeder leaves a trace of paper dust and coating behind, and over a few thousand sheets that residue forms a slick film across the rubber. Grip drops, sheets slip, pages skew, and the machine begins to behave exactly as if the rollers had reached end of life.
Cleaning the rollers is the first thing to try, and it is far cheaper than a replacement kit. Used regularly, it also extends how long the PRK-A2001 rollers last before they genuinely need replacing, which is where the real saving is on a high-volume machine.
This is a genuine Brother product formulated for the rubber compounds used in Brother ADS scanners, so it removes residue without attacking or drying the roller surface the way a general-purpose solvent can. Follow the cleaning procedure in your scanner's user guide.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible.
