The Brother AD-E001B is the genuine mains power adaptor for Brother's mid-range and professional P-touch labellers, covering the PT-D400, PT-D600, PT-E and PT-P700 families.
These are the labellers people buy when they are going to label a lot: wider tapes, faster printing, and in several cases a full keyboard. Running that class of machine on AA cells is a false economy. Print density drops as the batteries drain, long labels and wide tapes drain them faster, and a job that stops halfway through is worse than one that never started.
On mains power the machine prints at full density every time, indefinitely. For the models in this range that also accept a rechargeable battery, the adaptor is what charges it, so it is not an optional extra so much as part of the machine.
This is the genuine Brother adaptor with the correct voltage and polarity for these models. It is the safe choice: generic plug-packs are a common cause of damaged labellers and will not help your warranty position.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible.
