The label is pre-printed HANDLE WITH CARE. That is what it says, and Avery attaches no definition to the word beyond it.
The colour is there to be seen, and that is all Avery says about it. Their statement about colour on this page is that the labels come in bright fluoro colours for maximum visibility. There is no colour code: no colour stands for urgency, a category, a status or a state. The range itself settles it - fluoro yellow carries eleven different messages, and the Fragile label is sold in yellow and in red with the same text on both. Our own copy had built a system on top of that, and the system was ours.
What Avery says it does. These quick and easy to apply pre-printed 'HANDLE WITH CARE' labels reduce the risk of damaged goods by marking which packages need to be handled with care.

Avery names no standard and no requirement. Not an Australian Standard, not an ISO number, not a dangerous goods code, not a carrier or courier rule, not a transport regulation, not a quality management standard. What Avery publishes is a printed paper label with a permanent adhesive. If a carrier, an auditor or a regulator requires a particular marking, check that requirement directly rather than assuming this label meets it.
Avery gives the size as 99.6 x 75mm in the specification table and the two figures the other way round in the description on the same page. They never label which is which, so neither do we; it is one rectangle either way.
A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed that the colour carries a level of caution, that the goods will be handled gently in transit and that handlers are obliged to follow it throughout transit. Avery publishes none of it, so it has been removed.
Avery publishes no core size for the roll, no standard and no carrier requirement and no definition of the printed word. Where they are silent, so are we.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
