The colour means whatever you decide it means. Avery's own line, and the only thing they say about colour anywhere in this range, is that the colour coded tabs let you colour code your files based on departments, projects and more. They assign no meaning to any colour - not a priority, not a department, not a sector, not a record type. Our own copy across this range had invented one. Pick a colour, tell your team what it stands for, and the scheme is yours.
What the Mylar is, and where. The tab on the end of the file carries a plastic reinforcement - Avery's words are a plastic tear-proof tab, and that the tabs are reinforced for durability. The Mylar is on the tab, not the body of the file.
Avery publishes no board weight. Their word is a heavyweight board, and that is as specific as they get. Our own titles, tags and specification tables carried 300gsm across this range, and that figure is not Avery's.
A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed that the foolscap format meets an Australian filing standard, a sector association Avery does not publish, a 300gsm board weight Avery does not publish, that the board holds its shape under a full load and a tab colour that disagreed with itself. Avery publishes none of it, so it has been removed.
Avery publishes no board weight, no sheet count beyond the 35mm expansion and no fastener; Avery publishes one as an optional extra rather than included for this code. Where they are silent, so are we.
What these are for. Avery's published use is documents that cannot be hole punched, filed on a shelf. Beyond that, the colour coding is what you make of it.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.
