It classes the ink as hazardous with the signal word DANGER: highly flammable liquid and vapour, causes serious eye damage, and may cause drowsiness or dizziness. It says these hazards relate to the liquid contents of the pen only, describes a solvent odour, and states that the marker is not classified as a dangerous good for transport.
