Work Protective Gear

Start from the risk assessment, because protection is hazard-specific and a rating for one does nothing for another. Eye protection rated for impact is not rated for chemical splash. A cut-resistant glove offers no heat protection. Fit is part of the specification rather than a comfort question, since loose PPE near machinery introduces its own hazard.
