Bright Blue is the lighter, more vivid sibling of Post-it's standard blue, chosen when a flag has to catch the eye on a crowded page, planner or calendar.

The 680-BB2 card holds two pop-up dispensers with 50 flags in each. 3M Australia name the size 25 x 43mm; the card prints the exact metric size, 25.4 by 43.2mm. 3M say the flags stick securely, remove cleanly without damage and are easy to write on.
