Marbig 25850 is a pack of 20 fold out sheet protectors that open to take an A3 page and fold to A4 so they sit in a standard A4 ring binder.

Spreadsheets, Gantt charts, site plans and drawings are often printed at A3, and a full A3 binder is bulky to store and awkward to carry. These pockets solve that by folding in half along the page.
