Both the box print and ACCO give 45 sheets. Neither source gives a paper weight, so heavier stock or thick covers will reduce it. The 10mm blue comb, BEP10BL25, gives more room.
Any comb binder set up for the 21 hole A4 punch pattern used by plastic combs. On the GBC side, ACCO rate the CombBind CB20 for combs up to 28mm, so an 8mm comb is well within its range.
