The Esselte No.646 Paper Binder is a 38mm tinned steel split pin fastener for securing thick punched document stacks cleanly and permanently, supplied in a box of 200.
The 38mm leg length is the most commonly used size in Australian office and government filing systems -- capable of holding approximately 40-60 sheets at 80gsm, which covers most standard client files, project folders and routine archive volumes. The two-prong split pin passes through punched holes and the prongs fold flat to lock pages in place permanently without clips or ring mechanisms. Tinned steel construction is corrosion-resistant for multi-year archive durability. Fitted with a washer for added hold strength.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
