Set Your Own Stamp Text, Then Change It Again

Colop 986048-1 is a do it yourself stamp kit built on the Printer 40 self-inking body, supplied with loose letters, pictograms and tweezers so you set the text plate yourself.

A made to order stamp is fixed the day it arrives. This kit works the other way: the type is set by hand into the text plate, so a changed phone number, a new branch name or a temporary instruction becomes a quick job at the desk. ACCO list the type set in two heights, 2.5mm and 3.5mm, with room for up to 6 lines and 26 letters per line.

Pictograms and symbols are included alongside the letters for arrows, ticks and similar marks. The kit arrives in blister packaging that keeps the spare type together between changes, and when the pad runs low the E/40 spare pad listed by ACCO for the Printer 40 keeps the body in use.

No. The kit is set by hand. You press the letters into the text plate with the supplied tweezers, and you can change them whenever you like.
ACCO list a maximum of 6 lines with up to 26 letters per line, using the 2.5mm and 3.5mm type supplied.
ACCO list the Colop E/40 spare pad for the Printer 40. It is sold separately.
Only the pictograms and symbols in the kit. A custom logo needs a made to order stamp rather than a DIY set.
Our listing is the black version. ACCO do not state the pad colour on their product page, so check the pack if the colour is critical.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
