Brother rates each cartridge separately and publishes no combined figure. That is sensible: almost nobody uses cyan, magenta and yellow at the same rate, so a single total would not describe any real job.

Because Brother does not publish one for this range. It predates the ISO inkjet yield test, so Brother states approximately 400 pages of A4 at five per cent coverage instead. We have quoted Brother's own basis rather than convert it into an ISO figure it was never measured against.
