The 24 mm width suits cutting in along skirting boards, door frames and window trim, masking light switch surrounds during a repaint and marking straight edges on a feature wall. We also stock the same tape in a 36 mm width.

The acrylic adhesive sits on a crepe paper backing, and 3M says the tape delivers sharp paint lines and leaves no damage or sticky residue when removed within 14 days, and that it does not cause surface damage even in direct sunlight. That suits exterior trim and sunny rooms where a paint job runs over several days.

Keep a roll in the maintenance kit beside the drop sheets and rollers.
